Serene Designs provides the design of MEP services, headed by Dr. Mohd. Nadeem (B.Tech., M.Tech. (IIT-Delhi), Ph.D. (Air-conditioning and Energy Conservation). Dr. Nadeem, a certified Green Globe Proficient Consultant (EC3 Global) has been involved in numerous innovative designs e.g.:

1- Solar based hybrid air-conditioning system designed for a project in Hong Kong.
2- India’s first geothermal heat pump system.
3- Data Centre Rack cooling system optimization using Rear Door Heat Exchangers.

Design and optimization of systems for Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Plumbing, Fire-Protection, Fire Detection, Solar Energy, Electrical System, Building Automation & Security Systems for Hotels, Commercial, Malls, Industrial, Recreational, Institutional, Residential, Educational & Hospital Buildings. Energy Modeling and Reports of new and existing buildings. PEER review and reports.

In recognition to our efforts in providing energy efficient solutions, we have been awarded “Promising company of the year-MEP DESIGN CATEGORY” By Nationwide Design and Architecture Awards.

Serene Designs is being further enthused by inclusion of MOHAMMAD FARHAN, who is B.Tech, M.Tech. (BRUNEL –UK) in building Services Engineering, LEED AP(BD+C). He carries more than 3 decades of international experience and has more than 100 projects to his credit.
